Plataforma Intellectual Property & Data Terms
Data Usage, Licensing, Intellectual Property, and
Google Ads MCC Compliance
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Licensed Data” means campaign-level data, performance metrics, reports, and insights made available to the Client solely through Plataforma-managed advertising accounts for active media campaigns.
“Platform IP” means all proprietary systems, methodologies, models, audience frameworks, targeting logic, keyword strategies, geo-identification clusters, optimization parameters, scripts, dashboards, workflows, and analytical outputs developed or used by Plataforma Technologies.
“MCC” means Plataforma Technologies’ Google Ads Manager Account (My Client Center), under which Client campaigns may be created, managed, and optimized.
“Campaign Assets” means campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, audiences, settings, conversion mappings, and associated performance data deployed via Google Ads or related platforms.
2. Limited License for Campaign Use (Google Ads–Specific)
Plataforma Technologies grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Licensed Data solely within the context of active media campaigns managed by Plataforma Technologies through its MCC or authorized advertising accounts.
This license:
Applies only during an active subscription, IO, or media engagement
Is restricted to viewing and evaluating campaign performance
Does not include rights to export, clone, replicate, or reuse campaign structures, targeting logic, or optimization settings outside Plataforma-managed environments
Terminates automatically upon campaign inactivity, cancellation, or non-renewal
No ownership or perpetual access rights are granted.
3. Ownership of Campaign Strategy and Account Intelligence
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Plataforma Technologies retains sole and exclusive ownership, before, during, and after any campaign, of all Platform IP, including but not limited to:
Media and bidding strategies
Keyword strategy, intent clustering, and semantic models
Audience targeting insights, custom audiences, and lookalike logic
Geo-targeting identification clusters and regional demand models
Conversion frameworks, attribution logic, and optimization rules
Scripts, automations, dashboards, and reporting logic
This applies regardless of whether campaigns are billed directly, pass-through, prepaid, paused, or completed.
Campaign presence within a Google Ads account does not constitute transfer of intellectual property.
4. Google Ads MCC Structure and Access Rights
All campaigns executed under Plataforma Technologies’ MCC:
Are created and managed under Plataforma’s proprietary account architecture
May include shared libraries, audiences, scripts, conversion actions, or optimization layers that remain Plataforma IP
Are subject to Google Ads policies, platform limitations, and MCC-level compliance controls
Client access (if provided) is read-only or limited-edit, at Plataforma’s discretion, and may be revoked at any time to maintain platform compliance, data security, or operational integrity.
5. Restrictions on MCC Data and Campaign Portability
The Client may not:
Request transfer, duplication, or recreation of campaigns, audiences, keywords, or structures outside Plataforma’s MCC
Attempt to export or reverse engineer targeting logic, bidding strategies, or audience definitions
Use Plataforma-generated insights to seed or inform campaigns managed by another agency, internal team, or platform
Claim ownership over campaigns or structures created within Plataforma’s MCC
Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. Campaign Archiving Upon Inactivity or Termination
Upon subscription cancellation, non-renewal, or absence of active media spend:
Campaigns will be placed into archive mode after fourteen (14) consecutive days of inactivity
Archived campaigns will be removed from Client-accessible Google Ads dashboards and MCC-linked views
Campaign removal is administrative and does not constitute deletion
This approach aligns with Google Ads best practices for account hygiene, billing control, and policy compliance.
7. Data Retention, MCC Removal, and Reactivation
While campaigns are archived:
All campaign configurations, performance history, and optimization data are securely retained within Plataforma Technologies’ internal operating system (OS)
Campaigns may be reactivated upon:
A new subscription or IO
Written re-engagement confirmation
Compliance with current pricing and service terms
Reactivation is subject to:
Google Ads policy changes
Platform feature availability
Updated compliance or tracking requirements
Plataforma Technologies does not guarantee identical performance or structural restoration if platform rules have materially changed.
8. No Implied Account Ownership or Transfer Rights
The Client acknowledges:
No ownership interest is granted in Plataforma’s MCC, shared assets, or account-level configurations
Google Ads accounts, campaigns, and data access are governed by Google’s platform rules in addition to these Terms
Any perceived continuity of access does not override Plataforma’s rights to manage, archive, or restrict campaigns for compliance or operational reasons
9. Survival and Enforcement
All provisions relating to:
Intellectual property ownership
MCC structure and access
Campaign archiving and data retention
Use restrictions and compliance
Survive termination or expiration of any campaign, IO, or subscription.

A Note From Us
We believe in transparency, respect, and trust.
In a world where data access is powerful—and often misunderstood—it’s important to clearly explain what you own, what we license, and what we protect. Not to create barriers, but to protect the integrity of the systems that drive real outcomes for everyone.
We thank you for trusting Plataforma Technologies with your campaigns. The clarity below helps ensure long-term performance, compliance, and fairness—for you, for us, and for the platforms we work within.
